Randy Gerald
September 25, 1961 - July 13, 2017


RANDALL DALE " RANDY" GERALD, AGE 55 and a resident of Thomas died Thursday morning July 13, 2017 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Randy was a former cross-country truck driver and later worked alongside his family at Pine Malt Stand for many years. He enjoyed spending time watching the birds from his back porch. Randy was a simple man that cherished the time spent with those he loved.
Survived by: Mother: Ione Barber Gerald of Thomas; Brother and Sister in law: Tim and Rachel Gerald of Thomas; Sister: Sandy Gerald of Thomas; 5 Nieces and Nephews and a Spouse: Nicole and Nathanial Sumrall, Wade Gerald, Alexis Gerald, Alissa Gerald, Austin Gerald; 2 Great-nephews: Joseph Sumrall and Colton Sumrall; Aunt: Natalie Brumfield; Also numerous other family members and friends
He was preceded in death by his father Burdell Gerald and a nephew Jason Crain.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Saturday July 15th from 9 am until 3 pm. A funeral service will be held at 3 pm Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Harold Gaddy officiating. Burial will follow in the Alton Gerald Family Cemetery.
