Robert A. Neilson, the appointed Fiscal Administrator for the City of Bogalusa has filed two reports, one dated May 21, 2025 and the second dated June 25, 2025. The first report basically summarizes the issues. The second report summarizes critical actions taken to stabilize operations, reduce costs, address noncompliance, and restore fiscal accountability.
