Giant Pumpkin Seed Available at LSU Ag Center

Do you want to try to grow a giant pumpkin? While the status of the 2020 Washington Parish Fair

and the giant pumpkin contest are uncertain at this time, a limited number of pumpkin seeds are available at the LSU AgCenter’s Washington Parish office for those who would like to try their hands at growing a giant pumpkin. Seed packets will be available on a first come, first served basis.

The office (1104-B Bene St., Franklinton) is closed to visitors at this time, so please call (985-839-7855) to make sure that a staff member will be there when you come to hand a seed packet through the door.
