Parish Council Approves Two RMC Board Commissioners

At their Monday (December 19) meeting, the Washington Parish Council approved the appointments of Richard Watts (from Ward 1) and John Edward Nichols (from Ward 6) to the Riverside Medical Center Board of Commissioners.  Numerous other appointments were approved to other boards and commissions.

In addition, the Council 

• approved the 2017 meeting schedule, 
• added Silverado Lane to the list of parish roads, 
• approved a resolution applying for a grant relative to assisting the Council on Aging, 
• approved the Tourism Commission budgets, and 
• heard reports from Public Works Director Leo Lucchesi and Road Manager Donnell Merritt.
