The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for your assistance in locating Richard Ballard, Jr., age 59 of Kentwood.
Mr. Ballard was reported missing by his family on November 18, 2020. Ballard has not made contact with his family in a few weeks and they are concerned. At this time, foul play is not suspected.
Anyone with information on Richard Ballard’s whereabouts is asked to call the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office at 985-345-6150. Detective Matt Dean is the lead investigator.
