Three More Booked in Lacombe Double Homicide

Three more individuals have been booked in connection with the double homicide that occurred
Saturday (July 18, 2020) in the Big Branch area near Lacombe, bringing the total number arrested in connection with the crime up to six.

Monday (July 20, 2020), the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Peter Reimonenq (18) and Christopher Roberts (19) in connection with the murders. Both men were booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on two counts of First Degree Murder and one count of First Degree Feticide. At that time, warrants were issued for the arrests of  Shannon Amos Jr. (19) and Mikayl Young (19).

Amos was taken into custody Tuesday evening (July 21, 2020). He was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on two counts of First Degree Murder and one count of First Degree Feticide.

Thursday evening (July 23, 2020) the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Carwin Malone (40) and Treneka Young (40) after it was learned they were assisting Mikayl Young in eluding capture. They were booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on one count each of Accessory After the Fact.

Friday morning (July 24, 2020) Mikayl Young was taken into custody and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on two counts of First Degree Murder and one count of First Degree Feticide.
