David "Shane" Kellis

David “Shane” Kellis passed away on Friday, May 8, 2020 in Covington, LA at the age of 45. He was born in Bogalusa, LA on November 20, 1974.
Shane is survived by his father, David Kellis; brother, Chad (Tammy) Kellis of Slidell, LA; his sister, Nikki (Mack) Rigdon of Bogalusa, LA; nieces and nephews, Tristan Kellis (Ryan Hopkins), Alissa Kellis, C.J. Kellis, Bella Rigdon, Briley Rigdon, Becca Rigdon, Clayton Rigdon, and Marlee Rigdon; his aunts and uncles, Nellie Crain of Bogalusa, LA, Charline (Leroy) Graves of Pine, LA, Kenny (Julie) Kellis of Bogalusa, LA, and Lucky Crockett of Alabama. He is also survived by numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathline Kellis; grandmother, Velma White; grandparents, Mary Lois and Clyde Edward Crockett; and grandfathers, Wilburn White and Dorman Kellis.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, May 10, 2020 at Ponemah Cemetery beginning at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. David Easterling and Rev. Patrick Magee officiating.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home.
