Linda Ann Raley Roberts
June 5, 1947 - May 11, 2020
Linda Ann Raley Roberts, age 72 and a resident of Mount Hermon, died Monday evening May 11, 2020 at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. She was a native of Kentwood and a member of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church. Alongside her family, she operated a successful dairy for many years before becoming the owner/operator, along with her family, of Pizza Pete’s Restaurant in Franklinton. Linda loved watching Young and the Restless every day and always enjoyed tending to her flowers. She had a special place in her heart for her pet dogs Gizmo and Pepper. Linda adored her grandchildren and cherished the time spent with her family.
Survived by: 2 Sons and a Daughter in law: Ricky and Tena Roberts of Kentwood, Dusty Roberts of Mt. Hermon; Daughter and Son in law: Kelley and Terry Brooks of Mt. Hermon; 3 Grandchildren: Blayze Roberts, Bailey Brooks, Brantley Brooks; Special Friends: Margaret Miller, Linda Faye Higgenbotham, Lucy Wascom
She was preceded in death recently by her husband of 56 years Wayne Roberts, mother Wilhelimena Raley and sister Dottie Sue Raley.
A graveside funeral service will be held in the Woodland Cemetery in Kentwood at 11:00 am Saturday May 16th with Dr. Joe Baugh officiating.
