Delois Harry, Jr.
September 02, 1953 - May 22, 2020



“Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.” John 14:1-3

Delois Harry, Jr. was born September 2, 1953 to the late Delois Harry, Sr. and Gertude Harry Robinson. Delois accepted Christ at an early age and renewed his fellowship recently at Live Oak Baptist Church. Delois graduated class of 1972 from Wesley Ray High School, later becoming a truck driver for many years.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories, brothers, James (Gwen) Dillon and Reginald (Deidre) Robinson both of New Orleans, LA, Morris Jefferson of Angie, LA, Dionell (Allison) Young of Alexandria, LA; his sisters, Denise (Beven) Robinson of Angie, LA, Demetrius (Lorenzo) Rayford of Franklinton, LA; two special aunts, Pauline Torrence of Bogalusa, LA and Earnestine Davis of Angie, LA; a special niece, Monica Mixon of Covington, LA; and a special cousin who has been with him in his last days, Ruth Bickham.

He was preceded in death by four brothers, Jerome Robinson, Haven Lewis, Joey Robinson, Danny Robinsons, and one sister, Sherily Harry Peters; as well as a host of family and friends.

Services will be at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa, Louisiana. A Drive-Through Viewing will be on Friday, May 29, 2020 from 2 PM to 7 PM. The Funeral Service will be on Saturday, May 30, 2020.
