Source: Crime Stoppers of Tangipahoa, Inc. On Tuesday (May 12, 2020), the Hammond Police Department, with the assistance of the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshals Service, arrested Ingred Luckett, age 26 and of Canton, Mississippi.
HPD Officers received information that Luckett was in the South Morrison area in a stolen vehicle. Officers then saturated the area and found a vehicle matching the description and license plate. They conducted a traffic stop, and Luckett was taken into custody as a fugitive from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office for charges related to capital murder and motor vehicle theft.
