REVISED (04/30/2020)-Outdoor Seating Requirements for Food Service Industry

This afternoon, Ashley Rodrigue, Public Affairs Director in the State Fire Marshal's Office provided
an update on Outdoor Seating Requirements for the Food Service Industry. The Memorandum is provided below (click "Read More").

The changes from the original include:
  • When creating open space or tent capacity; the maximum occupancy will be based on 60 square feet per person not 110 square feet
  • Slight verbiage alteration regarding facial covering requirements for employees
