Shanna Gail Hill
May 18, 1965 - April 18, 2020



Shanna Gail Hill, age 54 and a resident of Franklinton, died Saturday morning April 18, 2020 at North Oaks Medical Center. She was a longtime beautician and cosmetologist that worked at Fantastic Sams and other places over the years. Shanna was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She enjoyed “painting with a twist”, wearing her rain boots and blowing bubbles to have fun. Shanna always liked to go fishing to pass the time.

Survived by: 3 Children and a Spouse: Devin and Tiffany Rodriguez, Marina Rodriguez, Cameron Rodriguez all of Hammond; Father: Devoy Hill of Franklinton; Mother: Helen Crowell of Walker; 3 Sisters and Brothers in law: Deana Hill and Kenneth Dufrene of Husser, Christy and David Dunlap of Walker, Lee Ann and Al Suggs of Denham Springs; 3 Brothers and Sisters in law: Glenn and Shelly Hill of Bush, Johnny Hill of Maurepas, Jeremy and Dona Hill of Franklinton; Also numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and many special friends

She was preceded in death by grandparents Voorhies and Hazel Labbie, Oree Hill, Minnie Brumfield, step-mother Jeri Hill.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with Eld. Lavon Taylor officiating.
