Edward Taylor departed this life at the age of 53 on April 4, 2020 at his home in Franklinton, LA. He was born on December 6, 1965 to the late Bobbie Ray Taylor and Roberta Taylor in Bogalusa, LA. He was the third child of six children.

Edward was educated through Mt. Hermon Schools. He was a loving husband and father. He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Jennifer Taylor of Fluker, LA; one daughter, China (Darrius) Taylor of Tangipahoa; two sisters, Tracy Brumfield and Joyce Taylor; two brothers, Troy Smith of Texas and Bobby Taylor, Sr. of Franklinton, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Edward is preceded in death by his mother, Roberta Taylor; father, Bobbie Taylor; and brother, Barry Taylor.
