AN ORDINANCE authorizing the retaining of Postlewaite and Netterville to provide Professional Accounting Services for the City of Bogalusa as per engagement letter dated January 16, 2020. (Introduced by Councilwoman Graham).
AN ORDINANCE for the 2020 Revenue Anticipation Note. (Introduced by Councilwoman Graham).
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Professional Engineering Consultants Corporation Project No. 11505.01 Runway Rehabilitation Phase 1 (Project Design) at George R. Carr Memorial Airfield. (Introduced by President Irvine).
AN ORDINANCE by the City of Bogalusa to authorize a settlement of debts owed to the Choctaw Landfill Joint Venture by transferring its ownership interest to Washington Parish and entering a Multi-Year Agreement with Choctaw Landfill for disposal of residential waste and to provide for related matters. (Introduced by Councilwoman Graham).

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the low bidder Alan & LeBlanc for the LCDBG Sewer Project. (Introduced by Councilwoman Graham).
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with America’s Water Infrastructure Act Compliance Service-Municipal H20 Proposal. (Introduced by Vice-President Keys).
AN ORDINANCE to approve the Planning and Zoning request to rezone from A-2 Residential to C-Commercial for a new business opening in the area. (Introduced by Councilwoman Kates).
AN ORDINANCE to approve the Planning and Zoning request the closing of an alleyway between Convenience Street and Church Street East of N. Royal Street with servitude rights. (Introduced by Councilwoman Kates).
