Frank Seymore, Jr.
July 31, 1951 - October 03, 2019

Frank Seymore, Jr., 68, was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 3, 2019. He was born July 31, 1951, in New Orleans, LA to the late Frank Seymore, Sr. and Millie Burton-Kelley. He spent his early childhood in Fluker, LA and later relocated to Houston, Texas. Frank was employed with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for over 35 years. Frank could not remain still and returned to the working community with Tulane National Primate Research Center.

Frank loved the Lord and confessed his life to Christ at an early age. Upon his return to Louisiana, he renewed his baptismal vows and became a member of Sweet Rest Baptist Church, Franklinton, LA.

Frank loved his wife, children, and grandchildren. He had a great zest for life and love for the outdoors. His generous spirit touched the lives of everyone he met in his own way. He was very special to his family, friends, and those he mentored. Frank will be deeply missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank Seymore, Sr. (Leona) and Millie Burton-Kelley.

He leaves his legacy of love to his loving wife, Jennie Seymore; children, Danielle Young (Olan), Javier Seymore, Frank Seymore IV, LaQuana Warren, Kanisha Warren, Jerome Warren, Jr.; grandchildren, Angel, Bryan, Destiny, Kaliajah, Jerome; brother, Henry Winters; uncle, Samuel Burton, and a host of cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Friday, October 11, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (family hour 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) at Crain and Sons Funeral Home,

Homegoing Celebration on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Sweet Rest Missionary Baptist Church, with Rev. Norwert Hills, Jr. – Pastor Officiating.

Crain and Sons Funeral Home – Franklinton are in charge of arrangements.
