Ernest J. Taylor passed away at his residence in Bogalusa, LA on the morning of October 7, 2019 at the age of 76. He was born in Newport News, VA on January 13, 1943.
He is survived by his loving wife, Dianna Taylor; his daughters, Tristan Lynn Taylor and Cari Ann (Kelly) Slade; his step-children, John Wetzel, Asa Wetzel, and Jennifer (Jonathan) Gulban; two brothers, Larry William (Dixie) Taylor and Patric Andrew (Michelle) Taylor; and his sister, Gwendolyn Sue Taylor. He was also loved by a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Ernest Taylor and Ruby Jean Greene Taylor; and son, Jeffrey Taylor.
Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home & Crematory in Bogalusa, LA has been entrusted with his arrangements which are incomplete at this time. There will be a memorial service held at a later date.
