Washington Parish Sheriff Randy Seal recently recognized jail deputy Barry Cooper of Mt. Hermon as the corrections deputy of the quarter.While awarding Cooper a plaque in honor of his achievement, Sheriff Seal stated, “Although he has been employed with the Sheriff’s Office for only a few months, Mr. Cooper has demonstrated excellent inmate management skills. I am so pleased to present him with this small token of our appreciation for his good work on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office and the citizens of Washington Parish.”
