Mary Edwards McGehee, a resident of Kentwood, LA, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at Good Samaritan Living Center in Franklinton, LA. She was born October 26, 1929 in Wilmer, LA and was 90 years of age.
She is survived by daughter, Marilyn Blackwell and husband, Ed; son, Marvin McGehee and wife, Kathy; 4 grandchildren; 15 great- grandchildren; 3 great- great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her husband, Thurland McGehee; 2 brothers, Lewis Edwards and William “Dee” Edwards; 1 sister, Sally Edwards White; parents, Charles and Mittie Edwards.
Graveside Services will be held at East Fork Cemetery, Kentwood, LA at 2:00PM Saturday, September 7, 2019. Services conducted by Rev. Ernest Graham.
McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, in charge of arrangements.
