David Louis Voiron, Sr., a resident of Kentwood, LA, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at his home He was born July 28, 1958 in New Orleans and was 61 years of age. He was a member of the Local Union 406.
He is survived by his fiance, Geraldine Raborn; 1daughter, Kimberly “Niki” Jones and husband, Henry; 1 son, David L. Voiron, Jr.; 1 brother, Albert Voiron; 22 grandchildren; 3 step-children, David Doty, Jr. and fiance, Wendy, Kenny Doty and wife, Lisa and Jeanette Williamson and husband, Steve.
Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Gladys Voiron; 2 brothers, William “Willie” Voiron and Joseph P. Voiron, Jr.
Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, from 1:00PM until religious services at 4:00 PM Sunday, August 11, 2019. Services conducted by Cici Braud.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made toward services.
Honorary Pallbearers will be David L. Voiron, Jr., Jonathan Voiron, Albert Voiron, Jr., Michael Gaeta, Kenny Doty, David Doty, Jr., Keith Raborn and B.J. Smith.
