“Happy 20th Birthday to me, wherever I may be! Every year this is what my family and friends have to see! Hi, my name is Wesley Dale Morgan and I have been missing for almost 18 years. I was 2 years old when I went missing from my mother, Ruby Havard’s, home. My daddy is Dewey Morgan. My family has never given up hope, has faith in God, has continuously looked for me, and prays everyday that I will be brought home safely. It would be an amazing, awesome day if someone would bring me home safely where I can see and give my family along with myself, the greatest present ever! There are so many rumors, so much talk, but no one has come forward, in which, someone knows but can live knowing the truth and sleep peacefully while my family mourns not knowing. My missing case was never closed but has been brought back up with signs, billboards along with social media and anything the authorities can think of to find me and bring me home where I belong.
