Carolyn Ann Barber Jenkins, age 62 and a resident of Tylertown, MS died Thursday September 13, 2018 at Walthall County Hospital in Tylertown, MS. She was a self-employed sitter for many years.
Survived by: Husband of 32 years: Jimmy Jenkins of Tylertown, MS; Son: Brian Brock of Tylertown, MS; 2 Grandchildren and spouse: Chelcy and Dexter Naquin, Chancelor Johnson all of Tylertown, MS; 3 Great Grandchildren: Drayce Naquin, Brody Carter, Harley Naquin; Brother and sister in law: Larry and Janice Barber of Franklinton; 3 Sisters and a brother in law: Ella Rose Sawyer of Wiggins, MS, Odeal Gaines, Patricia and Glen Thomas all of Franklinton; Sister in law: Louise Dedon of Franklinton
She was preceded in death by a daughter Kira Brumfield, her parents Tincie and Nova Booty Barber, 4 brothers and sisters in law Grover Dedon, Eugene and Martha Barber, Jerry and Geneva Barber, Zeke Barber and 3 sisters and brothers in law Leatrice and Bob Williams, Gertrude and Silas Bryant and Bonnie Sue Sawyer.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home on Sunday, September 16, 2018 from 10 AM until 2 PM. A funeral service will held in the funeral home chapel at 2 PM Sunday with Rev. Jerry Cox and Rev. Timothy Brady officiating. Burial will follow in the Faith Tabernacle Church Cemetery.
