October 18, 1949 - May 9, 2018
James "Jimmy" Efferson born October 18, 1949 went home to be with the Heavenly Father on May 9, 2018 . He served in Special Services with the Bogalusa Police Department and also provided Security at Our Lady of Angels Hospital in Bogalusa. Jimmy was of the Baptist Faith.
He leaves behind his wife Diane Efferson of Bogalusa, numerous of brother and sisters, Brother-in-Law and Sister-in-Law , Rocky and Sue Gerald of Bogalusa, special niece, Hollie Graham and her husband Alex of Franlinton , great nephew, Baylor Graham and other nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Marie Martin Efferson.
The family would like to offer their thanks to Camelia Hospice and to all the family and friends for their Prayers and support.
Visitation and Funeral will be held May 11, 2018 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home beginning at 9:00 A.M. until service time at 1:00 P.M.. Elder Richard Magee will officiate the services with the interment in the Poole-Pounds Cemetery.
