Sheriff Seal commented. “Kyle is a tireless worker and an excellent employee. He never hesitates to come out and work at any time he is needed, even on weekends. He always makes certain inmates are available for court appearances as scheduled. He is a man of integrity and we are fortunate to have him on our staff.”
