In case you missed the meeting of the Franklinton Mayor and Board of Aldermen meeting on July 22, 2025, here it is. We haven't had time to write an article about the meeting, but there was some controversy regarding the Public Speaking Decorum Rules that have been in place for some time but only recently implemented. Alderwoman Crain read a prepared statement that indicated objections by her, Alderman Butler, and Alderman Reed.
