Richard Seibold (age 31 with Angie, La. address) was booked on the charges of Cruelty to a Juvenile (3 counts) by the Washington Parish Sheriff's Office. Bond set at $7500.00.
Kenneth White (age 51 with Amite, La. address) was booked on the charge of Fugitive Other Jurisdiction by the Franklinton Police Department. No bond set at this time.

How is 3 counts of cruelty to a juvenile equate to the same bond of someone with being charge with possession…..

DeleteI know one of those inmates, initials R. S. And, yes the children were a little filthy, but I guarantee that they were fed! I also bet they were changed often. I've witnessed him walking all the way to the store for diapers and stuff for those kids. Yes, he and his partner/wife have had a rough time making ends meet. (WHO HASN'T?) But I know they love their children, they JUST didn't quite have their lives together and were struggling daily with no ride,then no water cause pump broke,then people moved in on them and made her anxiety go through the roof. I believe they deserve another chance... PLEASE HELP THEM.. DON'T TAKE THEIR CHILDREN!!!
