With humble hearts and unwavering faith in God's promises, we celebrate the life and homegoing of Martha Louise Seal Hunt Young who peacefully entered eternal rest on May 20, 2025. Martha was born June 28, 1944 and was a lifelong resident of Washington Parish. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, friend, and faithful servant of the Lord. Her life was a beautiful reflection of God's love. She walked in grace, spoke with wisdom, and gave selflessly, always putting others before herself.

A gifted florist and businesswoman she brought joy and beauty into the lives of many. She served faithfully at Ben's Ford Baptist Church for many years, where she was known for her warm smile, kind heart, and tireless devotion to ministry. Whether singing praises, praying for others, or greeting everyone, she lived her life as a true disciple of Christ. She leaves behind a legacy of love and faith that will live in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all who knew her. Though her presence will be deeply missed, we rejoice in knowing she is now resting in the arms of her Savior, where there is no more pain, only perfect peace.
