Bogalusa: Argument Leads to Shots Fired – 18 Year Old Arrested

Bogalusa Police Department Officers responded yesterday (April 2, 2018) to a report of shots fired in the 700 block of Huron Avenue but failed to locate anyone shooting a gun.
A short time later, two victims came to the BPD to file a complaint. One stated that she had been talking to her ex-boyfriend, Kermon Warren on the phone and they began to argue. She and a passenger drove to the 700 block of Huron Avenue to confront Warren. The victim stated that she drove up to the residence while staying inside her vehicle and Warren walked outside to the vehicle and they continued to argue. Warren went back inside the residence and, as the victim backed out of the driveway to leave, Warren came outside with a handgun and shot at the vehicle four or five times, striking the victim's vehicle once on the passenger side.
Kermon Warren (18) of Bogalusa was located at his residence and placed under arrested on the charges of Illegal Use of Weapons or a Dangerous Instrumentality and Aggravated Assault with a Firearm (2 counts).  The weapon involved, a .45 caliber handgun, was recovered from inside the residence.
