LSP Makes Big Drug Bust on I-10 (3 From Independence)

A Thursday (July 6, 2017) morning traffic stop by the Louisiana State Police led to the arrest of four Louisiana men, the seizure of 15,000 dosage units of Xanax, and 9 pounds of high grade marijuana on I-10 in West Baton Rouge Parish.
During the course of the traffic stop, Troopers became suspicious of criminal activity and were given consent to search the vehicle.  
Arrested were Jacob Guidry (20) of Independence, Allen Bennett (22) of Independence, Kevndrae Roberts (26) of Independence, and Chord Addison  of Denham Springs. Each were charged with Possession with intent to Distribute Schedule I Drugs (Marijuana) and Possession with intent to Distribute Schedule IV Drugs (Xanax). In addition, Guidry was charged with Improper Lane Useage.
