Random Dwayne Hines

Random Dwayne Hines passed away in Bogalusa, LA on July 9, 2020 at the age of 39. He was born in Bogalusa, LA on December 5, 1980.

Random was a native and longtime resident of Bogalusa, LA, where he was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his loving wife, Danielle Jones Hines of Bogalusa, LA; his mother and step-father, Lisa and Anthony Thigpen of Bogalusa, LA; his father, Walter Wayne Hines of Illinois; his brother, Daron (Lety) Hines of Harlingen, TX; one step-brother, Dustin Thigpen of Bogalusa, LA; two step-sisters, Alana (Andy) Jones of Mandeville, LA and Richelle (Chad) Helton of Bogalusa, LA; his mother-in-law, Susan Grizzle of New Hebron, MS; father-in-law, Charles Jones of Illinois; and brother-in-law, Jeremiah “J.J.” Grizzle of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by his grandparents and numerous aunts and uncles.

Services celebrating his life will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home and Crematory on Thursday, July 16, 2020. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. and continue until funeral service begins at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Red Kennedy will officiate. Interment to follow at Hines Family Cemetery.

Military honors will be presented by Magic City American Legion Post #24.
