Covington Police Investigating Armed Robbery

The Covington Police Department is currently investigating an Armed Robbery which took place on Thursday (June 6, 2019), at approximately 9:30 pm at The Shell Station, located at 1001 S. Tyler street, Covington, LA.

Two male subjects wearing mask approached a Shell Station employee at gun point, forcing her inside of the store and demanded cash from the register. Witness accounts describe the two subjects as black males, approximately 5’9” and 6’1” in height. The shorter male subject is described as having a medium build and the taller male subject, having a thin build. Once the subjects gained access to the cash in the register, both fled the store on foot.

The Covington Police Department is asking the public's help to identify these two subjects.
