STPSO Employee Arrested for Drug Law Violations

A St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office employee was arrested today (March 12, 2019) following a
criminal investigation by the STPSO. Terry D. Cederholm II (35), a patrol deputy for the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office Criminal Patrol Division, was arrested on a warrant that was issued through the 22ND Judicial Court on Tuesday morning (March 12, 2019).  Cedarholm’s employment with the Sheriff’s Office was immediately terminated.

Cederholm was initially hired to work in Corrections for the STPSO in 2007.  He left the STPSO in 2009 and returned in 2014.  He had previous assignments in Corrections and Court Security, with his most recent assignment being Criminal Patrol.

Cederholm was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on the charges of  Possession of Schedule IV CDS and Possession of a legend drug without prescription.

The investigation is ongoing and District Attorney Warren Montgomery’s Office has been consulted. No further details will be released at this time.
