Homicide Suspect Wanted in Tangipahoa Parish

Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards is asking today (March 18, 2019) for the public's

assistance in locating homicide suspect Moises Meraz Rodriguez (33) who is also known as Adrian Morquedo Rubio (37) of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Rubio is accused of shooting Sergio Galindo, Jr. (29) of Hammond following a verbal altercation outside a residence on North Thibodeaux Road in Pontchatoula on March 17, 2019. .

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Rubio is asked to contact the TPSO (985-345-6150) or Crime Stoppers at 800.554.5245. Detective Kovan Banks is the lead investigator.
