Kenneth Wilson Jenkins passed away, Monday February 11, 2019, at the age of 67, at St. Tammany Parish Hospital, Covington, LA. Kenneth was a member of Memorial Baptist Church.
Mr. Jenkins was survived by his wife Sharon Kay Newman Jenkins of Bogalusa, LA. Three sons Kenneth Wilson Jenkins, Jr. of Metairie, LA., Michael Allen Jenkins and his wife Angela of Foxworth, MS. And Jeremy Scott Jenkins and his wife Brittany of Bogalusa, LA. One brother Billy Ray Jenkins and his wife Mary of Bogalusa, LA. Two sisters Verda Mae Pierce of Angie, LA., and Neva Marie Freeman and her husband J.D. of Isabel, LA. Seven Grandchildren Jordan, Brett, Laken, Clayton, Preston, Gracie and Paisleigh. Special friend of the family Gary Genco.
Mr. Jenkins is preceded in death by his parents, Wilson and Neva Jenkins. Two nephews Ricky Evin Bates, Jr., and Raymond Adam Morrison. Mother-in-law, Peggy Joan Newman, Father-in-law Murrell James “Doc” Newman. One niece Sherry Byrd.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on February 14, 2019 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home in Bogalusa, Louisiana. The Funeral Service will be at 1:00 PM on February 15, 2019 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home. Officiating will be Elder Doyle Ball.
Interment will be at New Hope Cemetery in Crossroads, Mississippi
