The National Hurricane Center issued Advisory 6 at 4:00 pm today for Tropical Storm Gordon. The advisory includes a Hurricane Warning and a Storm Surge Warning for portions of the Gulf Coast. The advisory predicts tropical storm conditions to arrive Tuesday afternoon or evening. Heavy rainfall as high as 8 inches is predicted. The advisory shows Gordon making landfall as a Hurricane with sustained winds of 74-110 mph.
