Wednesday night (July 18, 2018), Franklinton Police Officers responded to a trespassing complaint in the 1900 block of Washington Street and found Robert Dustin Jenkins (37) of Franklinton in a vehicle.Officers determined that Jenkins had violated a protective order by going to the residence and had contacted the victim several times also in violation of the order. Officers also located a firearm in Jenkins' vehicle.
Jenkins was arrested and charged with violation of Protective Order, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, stalking and remaining after forbidden.
