George Ronald Thomas born November 6, 1942 passed away on June 23, 2018 at the age of 75. He served and also retired from the United States Air Force and was also a teacher at Sullivan Vocational Technical Institute where he later retired. He was a member of Hebron Baptist Church in Bush, La.
He is survived by two sons, Don Thomas and his wife Sheryll and Richard Thomas both of Bush, La., two brothers, Jack Thomas and his wife Janice of Angie, La. and Mike Thomas and his wife Barbara from Bush, La., four grandchildren, Ashley, Allie, Hunter and Joey, five great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law, Bobby Harris, a daughter-in-law, Suzanne Keaton from Bush, La. and a host of nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by parents, Jack and Josephine Phillips Thomas, his wife, Audrey Lee Thomas, a son, George "Little Ronnie" Thomas, two brothers, Frank"Zeke"Thomas and Billy Harris.
Visitation will be held Tuesday June26, 2018 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home beginning at 5:00 P.M. until 11:00 P.M and will resume Wednesday June 27, 2018 after 8:00 A.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M.. Rev. Patrick Magee will officiate the services with the interment to follow in the Thomas Cemetery in Bush, La.
