Missionary Alberta H. Buckley
July 22, 1940 - April 03, 2018
Mrs. Alberta H. Buckley was called to her heavenly home on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at her residence in Mt. Hermon, Louisiana at the age of 77.
She leaves to cherish two sons, Christopher Buckley and Rafael Buckley both of Mt. Hermon, LA; four daughters, Vernedia Buckley of Mt. Hermon, LA, Onecia Buckley of Greensburg, MS, Queen Ester of Baton Rouge, LA, and Rosa Bridges of Bogalusa, LA; a host of grandchildren, great grands, and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Alberta is preceded in death by her husband, Superintendent Earl Buckley; her parents, Leon Harness and Vivian Harness; two daughters, Vivian Buckley and Stella Buckley; two brothers, Robert Harness, and J.M. Harness; and three sisters, Ada Corkerhan, Modenia Upton, and Helen Booth.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 7 at Faith Temple Ministries Church of God In Christ, 11695 Fontand Lane, Independence, LA from 8:00AM to 10:00AM followed by Funeral Services at 10:00AM. Interment will be at E. St. Paul Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Crain and Sons Funeral Home of Franklinton, Louisiana.
