Janice Marie Fields
September 17, 1958 - March 27, 2018



And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Revelation 21:4
Janice Marie Fields, age 59 and of Bogalusa, transitioned from her temporary life on March 27, 2018.
Ms. Janice Marie Fields was born in Bogalusa, LA on September 17, 1958; daughter of Mrs. Helen M. Williams of Bogalusa, LA and the late Charles “B.C.” Fields. She was a member of New Testament Holiness Church under the leadership of Pastor Robert Williams, Sr.
Janice was a dedicated worker and devoted mother. She was employed with Complete Choice Personal Care, LLC as a DSW (Direct Service Worker). Her family meant the most to her and very dear to her heart. She always wanted the best for everyone. Janice loved her family, her family loved her also, but God loved her the most; he didn’t want her to suffer so he called her home.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles “B.C.” Fields; her grandparents, Mr. Delos “Blue Boy” and Mrs. Janice Marie Thompson. Mr. Matthew and Thelma Fields and her second dad, Mr. Robert Williams, Sr.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories her loving mother, Mrs. Helen Marie Williams; her four children, Broderick (Lakiela Roberts) Fields, Sr., Robert Leon Fields, April Lyrette Fields, and Jonathan (LeKenta Brunett) Bickham; three brothers, Darryl (Demetria) Fields, Reginald Delos Fields, and Robert (Neisha) Williams, Jr.; five sisters, Pamela Jones, Thelma Jean Fields, Charlene (Kelvin) Foster, Patrina Williams, and Darshia (Brian) Travis; her grandchildren, Tyson Williams, Tyra Taylor, Te’Anie, Broderick Jr., Bryson Fields, Tayscan Henry, Javien Johnson, Jada Williams, Brooklyn Fields, Alexis Turner, Anthony Turner, Jr., Jamarius ames, and Jh’Nashia Bickham and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral service is set for Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 11 am at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa, Louisiana.
