Darryl Wayne Haik, age 57 and a resident of Bogalusa, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in Jefferson, LA.
He was born on September 19, 1960 in Bogalusa, LA to Lester Gabe Haik and Helen Faye Lee Haik.
He is survived by his sister, Neva (Johnny) White of Sandy Hook, MS; two brothers, Lester Haik, Jr. of Bogalusa, LA, and Ricky Haik of Sandy Hook MS; his nieces, Leslie Knight of Bogalusa, LA, Amber Haik-Smith of Columbia, MS, and Tonya Fornea of Sandy Hook, MS; six great-nephews, and a great-niece.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lester Gabe Haik and Helen Faye Lee Haik; a sister, Linda Cameron; a nephew, John Michael White, and a niece, Kris Cameron Cobb.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
