Sarah Elizabeth Sims
November 13, 1984 - February 22, 2018


SARAH ELIZABETH SIMS, AGE 33 and a resident of the Mt. Pisgah Community died Thursday morning February 22, 2018 at her home. She was a 2003 graduate of Mount Hermon High School. She was a member of Mt. Hermon United Pentecostal Church that enjoyed designing and making floral arrangements. Sarah also enjoyed doing art work like painting and drawing. She was always a very friendly, easy-to-talk-to person with a big personality and great sense of humor. Sarah was a loving person and very accepting of others. She adored her children and cherished the time spent with her family.
Survived by: 3 Children: Immanuel Miller, Zoie Miller, Isabella Miller; Fathers: David Leo Miller of Mt. Pisgah Community, Herbert Sims of Baytown, TX; 6 Sisters and Brothers in law: Crystal Miller, Cindy and Donald Wills all of Franklinton, Charissa and Clay Crouthers, Laura and David Farrington, Morgan Sims, Brittany Sims all of Texas; 2 Brothers and a Sister in law: Christopher and Stephanie Miller of Franklinton, Teddy Sims of Texas; Grandmother: Clara Leggett Miller Walton of Franklinton; Also numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her son Nekoda Brennus Rogers, mother Theresa Lynn Miller, sister Alison Miller, brother Andrew Miller, grandfather Wilbur L. Miller and aunt Kate Richardson.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Monday February 26th from 10 am until 2 pm. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Monday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Randall Garcia officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.
