Donna Elaine Welch, age 43 and a resident of Bogalusa, LA, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Our Lady of the Angels Hospital in Bogalusa, LA. She was born on January 28, 1974 in Pascagoula, MS. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Katie Welch, and Brandy Carroll; her son, Aaron Gabriel; her sister, Anita Thomas; three brothers; Jeff Smith, Richard Smith, and Darrell Smith; ten grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Talmadge W. Smith and Ollie E. Carrier Smith; and two grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held at 3:00 P.M. at Emmanuel Baptist Church Cemetery, 57500 Knapp Thomas Road, Bogalusa, LA 70427 on Sunday, September 10, 2017.
