RHONDA A. VERBERNE, AGE 63 passed away Thursday morning August 17, 2017 surrounded by loved ones, after a brief illness. She was born in Mulberry, Arkansas on December 16, 1953. Rhonda was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by three daughters and sons in law Kelly Verberne and Chris Abbott of Franklinton, Courtney and Chris Broussard of Hammond, Casey and Stephan Bond of Franklinton. Her grandchildren Erika, Jacob, Cohl, Maicie, Sara Cate, Jack and Ross as well as Maura and Erin, the daughters of a special niece Angel Waters and Mark Moye of Bristol, CT. She also leaves behind a sister Sandra Acord Diggs and friends Gail and Johnny McClendon.
She was preceded in death recently by her husband of 47 years Terry L. Verberne, mother Maicie Crosby, father in law and mother in law Phillip, Sr. and Norma Verberne, favorite cousin Houston Lick, Jr. and brother in law and friend Phillip Verberne, Jr.
Per her wishes, her daughters will hold a private memorial service.
