Myranda Louise Peters

On Saturday August 5, 2017, God sent his angels to Biloxi, MS to claim the soul of Myranda at the young age of 24. When God said it is done I am Alpha and Omega the beginning and the end.
She was born on May 5, 1993 to Patricia Peters and Robert James Whitlock in Biloxi, MS. She came into this world with joy and was received in love by all who patiently awaited her arrival.
Myranda always walked in beauty. She was a kind, gentle, generous, and caring person, as well as good friend. She had a genuine love for her family and friends. She enjoyed sitting on her grandmother’s porch, and would always light up everyone around her when they stopped with her smile. She also enjoyed listening to music and singing.
Myranda graduated from Bogalusa High School in 2013, and also graduated from Northshore Technical College in Bogalusa, as an CNA. She was also a cheerleader in Bogalusa Jr. High School. She worked as a cashier at Food Depot.
She leaves to cherish her memories her son, Jaiden Jamal Peters; mother, Patricia Sampson Peters; brother, Victor Gerard (Keran) Peters; grandmother, Anna Louise “Mama Lou” Sampson; nephew, Victor Peters, Jr., all of Bogalusa, LA; Fiancé Rickey Pittman of New Orleans, LA; Godmother, Nora Augman; God brothers; Derrick Hall, Darian Renter, Jeremy Hall, and Jonathan Hall of Bogalusa, LA, and Rev. Keith Sanders of Monroe, LA; aunts, Toni Whitlock, Myra Magee, and Myrtis Robinson, of Biloxi, MS; special cousins, Eddie Williams Derrica Hall, and Diera Hall; uncle, Reginald Sampson of Bogalusa, LA; Special friends, Eva (Warren) Peters, Ashley Peters, Whitney Peters, Erica Peters, Hamilton Richards, and Antranay Richards; a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert James Whitlock; grandfather, Andrew Sampson; and aunts, Gerdie Nell Harris and Audrey Sartin.
Visitation will be Friday, August 11, 2017 from 2 pm to 6pm at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa. A Funeral Service is scheduled for Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 2 pm at the Greater Salter Chapel A.M.E. Church in Bogalusa.
