Pearl River Man Sought for Double Homicide

The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s assistance in locating a man responsible for a double homicide, which occurred yesterday evening in St. Tammany Parish.
Jason Magee III (DOB: 12-26-76), is currently wanted for two counts of First Degree Murder. Yesterday evening, Magee shot his ex-wife, and her boyfriend, to death in a home near Highway 41 and Max Mercer Road in Pearl River, Louisiana. The names of the victims are not being released at this time until proper next-of-kin notifications can be made.
Magee is described as 6’4” tall, 300 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen driving a black 2015 GMC Sierra bearing Louisiana license plate number C311473. Authorities believe this is an isolated domestic violence incident, however, are considering Magee armed and dangerous. He could be a danger to himself and others.
