William Clinton Kahl
January 5, 1920 - June 14, 2017


William Clinton Kahl born January 5, 1920 passed away peacefully on June 14, 2017 at his residence at the age 97. He was an Engineer for Exxon Petroleum and Served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard. And member of the V.F.W. in Baton Rouge. William was a native of Bush, La., and a member of Hebron Baptist Church.
He leaves behind 2 brothers, Herbert Sherwood Kahl and Charles Herman Kahl and sister -in-law Jane Kahl all of Bush, La. 2 sisters, Clara Mae Rushing of Carriere, MS., and Emily Annette Richardson of Bush, La. and numerous nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
He is preceded in death by his 1st and 2nd wife , Gay Kahl and Oleta Cowart Kahl, 2 brothers, Delos Floyd Kahl and Robert Harold Kahl.
Visitation will be held on Monday June 19, 2017 at Hebron Baptist Church in Bush, La. beginning at 9:00 A.M. until service time at 12:00 P.M. Rev. Michael Thomas will officiate the services with the Interment to follow in the Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery.
Military Honors will be provided by the Magic City American Legion Post # 24.
