The Louisiana Attorney General’s Office and the State Police were investigating Lively last year when police were notified that a computer that was tracked to Lively was downloading child pornography. When officers served the search warrant, Lively was in the process of downloading a series of child pornography videos. The videos included images of infant and toddler girls being raped by adult men. Lively admitted to collecting child pornography for years.
He faces 10 to 40 years in prison on each count.
