Rebecca "Becky" Peters Day, a resident of Tangipahoa, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017 at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond. She was born August 7, 1959 in Palaka, FL and was 57 years of age.
She is survived by her husband, Carlis J. “Carl” Day; daughter, Carla Day Hilbun and husband, Daniel; and sister, Deborah Jones.
Preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Margaret Peters; brothers, Leslie and John Peters and her sister, Pamela Peters.
Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 6 PM until 9 PM, Thursday and from 8 AM until religious services at 11 AM Friday, April 28, 2017. Interment Tangipahoa Cemetery, Tangipahoa.
