Brandon Lotts (30), of Bogalusa has been apprehended in Yuba County, California on a warrant for First Degree Murder.On Tuesday, September 29, 2015 the Bogalusa Police Department investigated a homicide near E. 5th St and Sullivan Dr. in Bogalusa. Brandon Lotts was identified as the shooter that claimed the life of Trevante Toney (21) of Lumberton, MS.
Lotts will be extradited back to Washington Parish to face trial for the charge.
